لا يجوز لعضو مجلس الدولة القيام بأى عمل تجارى
كما لا يجوز له القيام بأى عمل لا يتفق واستقلال القضاء وكرامته .
ويجوز للمجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية أن يقرر منع عضو مجلس
الدولة من مباشرة أى عمل يرى أن القيام به يتعارض مع واجبات الوظيفة
وحسن أدائها .
