لا يجوز بأى حال من الأحوال أن تزيد مدة إعارة عضو
مجلس الدولة إلى الخارج على أربع سنوات متصلة وتعتبر المدة متصلة إذا
تتابعت أيامها أو فصل بينها فاصل زمنى يقل عن خمس سنوات .
