استثناء من أحكام المواد ٧٥ ، ٧٦ ، ٧٧ ، ٧٨ ، ٧٩
يجوز أن يعين رجال القضاء والنيابة العامة وأعضاء إدارة
قضايا الحكومة والمشتغلون بالتدريس فى كليات الحقوق أو بتدريس
مادة القانون فى جامعات جمهورية مصر العربية فى وظائف أعضاء مجلس
الدولة التى تلى مباشرة درجات وظائفهم فى جهاتهم الأصلية على ألا
يترتب على ذلك أن يسبقوا زملاءهم بمجلس الدولة .
