الثالث عشر من المبادئ العاشرة بالقواعد والإجراءات والمواعيد المنصوص
عليها فى الفصل الثالث — أولا — من الباب الأول من هذا القانون عدا
الأحكام المتعلقة بهيئة مفوضى الدولة .
