تكون محاكمة العاملين المنسوبة إليهم مخالفة واحدة
أو مخالفات مرتبطة ببعضها ومجازاتهم أمام المحكمة التى وقعت فى دائرة
اختصاصها المخالفة أو المخالفات المذكورة . فإذا تعذر تعيين المحكمة عينها
رئيس مجلس الدولة بقرار منه .
