يحدد اختصاص المحكمة التأديبية تبعا للمستوى الوظيفى
للعامل وقت إقامة الدعوى وإذا تعدد العاملون المقدمون للمحاكمة كانت
المحكمة المختصة بمحاكمة أعلاهم فى المستوى الوظيفى هى المختصة بمحاكمتهم
جميعا .
ومع ذلك تختص المحكمة التأديبية للعاملين من المستوى الأول والثانى
والثالث بمحاكمة جميع العاملين بالجمعيات والشركات والهيئات الخاصة
المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ١٥ ) .
