تختص المحاكم الإدارية :
( ١ ) بالفصل فى طلبات إلغاء القرارات المنصوص عليها فى البنود ثالثا
ورابعا من المادة ( ١٠ ) متى كانت متعلقة بالموظفين العموميين من المستوى
الثانى والمستوى الثالث ومن يعادلهم . وفى طلبات التعويض المترتبة على
هذه القرارات .
(*) العبارة مصححة بالاستدراك المنشور بالجريدة الرسمية فى ٨ ديسمبر سنة ١٩٧٢ العدد [رقم غير مقروء]
( ٢ ) بالفصل فى المنازعات الخاصة بالمرتبات والمعاشات والمكافآت
والمستحقة لمن ذكروا فى البند السابق أو لورثتهم .
( ٣ ) بالفصل فى المنازعات الواردة فى البند الحادى عشر من المادة ( ١٠ )
متى كانت قيمة المنازعة لا تجاوز خمسمائة جنيه .
( ثالثا ) اختصاص المحاكم التأديبية :
