تختص محكمة القضاء الإدارى بالفصل فى المسائل المنصوص
عليها فى المادة ( ١٠ ) عدا ما تختص به المحاكم الإدارية والمحاكم التأديبية
كما تختص بالفصل فى الطعون التى ترفع إليها عن الأحكام الصادرة من
المحاكم الإدارية .
(*) ويكون الطعن من ذوى الشأن أو من رئيس هيئة مفوضى الدولة . وذلك
خلال ستين يوما من تاريخ صدور الحكم .
( ثانيا ) اختصاص المحاكم الإدارية :
