إذا رأى مجلس التأديب وجها للسير فى إجراءات المحاكمة عن
جميع التهم أو بعضها كلف العضو بالحضور بميعاد أسبوع على الأقل بناء
على أمر من رئيس المجلس .
ويجب أن يشتمل التكليف بالحضور على بيان كاف لموضوع الدعوى
وأدلة الاتهام .
