عضوية النقابة إجبارية على كل طبيب أسنان يزاول مهنته وعلى أعضاء النقابة المشار اليهم فى المادة ٦٨ من هذا القانون أن يخطروا مجلس النقابة بكتاب موصى عليه بوظائفهم وعناوين أعمالهم الحالية وأرقام قيدهم بالسجلات القديمة وذلك فى خلال شهرين على الأكثر من تاريخ صدور هذا القانون وعلى من لم يسبق قيدهم بالنقابة أن يطلبوا إلى مجلس النقابة خلال شهرين من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون إدراج أسمائهم بسجلاتها طبقا للشروط المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
