يستمر المجلس الحالى لنقابة أطباء الأسنان المنشأة بالقانون رقم ٦٢ لسنة ١٩٤٩ والجمعية العمومية الحالية فى ممارسة اختصاصاتها بصفة مؤقتة ، إلى أن توضع اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون وإجراء الانتخابات لجميع المستويات المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به .
