إذا حصل من أسقطت عضويته أوأوقف عنمزاولة المهنة على أدلة جديدة تثبت براءته جاز له بعد موافقة مجلس النقابة أن يطعن فى القرار الصادر ضده ، بطريق الماس إعادة النظر أمام هيئة التأديب الاستئنافية ، فاذا رفض طلبه ، جاز له تجديده بعد مضى سنة ، بشرط أن يقدم أدلة غير الأدلة السابق تقديمها .
