تكون جلسات التأديب سرية ويصدر صدور القرار بعد سماع أقوال وطلبات الاتهام والدفاع .
ويصدر القرار مسببا فى جلسة علنية ، ولا تكون القرارات الصادرة بالوقف عن مزاولة المهنة أو باسقاط العضوية ذات أثر إلا بعد أن يصير القرار نهائيا وتبلغ القرارات التأديبية النهائية إلى مجلس النقابة ووزير الصحة والجهات التى يعمل فيها العضو وتسجل فى سجلات معدة لذلك .
