يجوز لكل من المدعى عليه ولجنة التحقيق وهيئة التأديب استدعاء الشهود الذين يرى سماع شهادتهم . ومن يتخلف من هؤلاء الشهود عن الحضور بغير عذر مقبول أو حضر وامتنع عن أداء الشهادة أو شهد زورا أمام هيئة التأديب محال إلى النيابة العامة .
