لا يجوز أن يعين عضو مجلس النواب فى وظائف الحكومة أو القطاع العام أو قطاع الأعمال العام أو الشركات المصرية أو الأجنبية أو المنظمات الدولية أثناء مدة عضويته إلا إذا كان التعيين نتيجة ترقية أو نقل من جهة إلى أخرى أو كان بحكم قضائى أو بناء على قانون.
