يجوز أن يعين معاونا بالنيابة العامة للأحوال الشخصية الحاصلون على
الشهادة العالية من كلية الشريعة مع إجازة القضاء أو الإجازة العالية
مع التخصص فى الشريعة الإسلامية والقانون .
