تجب ترقية رجال القضاء الشرعى الذين حل دورهم فى الترقية
بالأقدمية إلى الدرجات المالية التالية لدرجاتهم على ألا تجاوز الترقية
من درجة قاض وما يعادلها ربع عدد الوظائف المرشح للترقية إليها .
وتحسب هذه النسبة على أساس عدد الوظائف المرشح للترقية إليها
خلال سنة مالية كاملة .
