ينظم وزير العدل بقرار منه بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية
الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية لرجال القضاء والنيابة العامة وشروطها .
وللقاضى أو عضو النيابة الذى يصاب بجرح أو بمرض بسبب أداء
وظيفته استرداد مصاريف العلاج طبقا لمستندات المعتمدة من القومسيون
الطبى العام وذلك بقرار من وزير العدل .
