للقضاء عطلة قضائية تبدأ كل عام من أول يوليه وتنتهى فى آخر
سبتمبر .
وتنظم الجمعيات العامة للمحاكم إجازات القضاة خلال العطلة القضائية .
وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز أن تجاوز مدة الإجازة شهرين بالنسبة
للمستشارين ومن فى درجتهم ، وشهرا ونصف بالنسبة لمن عداهم .
