Article 65 of the Judicial Authority Law

تجوز إعارة القضاة إلى الحكومات الأجنبية أو الهيئات الدولية بقرار من
رئيس الجمهورية ، بعد أخذ رأى الجمعية العامة للمحكمة التابع لها القاضى أو النائب العام
بحسب الأحوال وموافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى ، ولا يجوز أن تزيد مدة الإعارة
على أربع سنوات متصلة .
ومع ذلك يجوز أن تزيد المدة على هذا القدر إذا اقتضت ذلك مصلحة قومية يقدرها
رئيس الجمهورية .

من رئيس الجمهورية بعد أخذ رأى الجمعية العامة للمحكمة التابع لها القاضى
وموافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية . وفى جميع الأحوال لا يجوز أن
تزيد مدة الإعارة على أربع سنوات متصلة
