Article 6 of the Judicial Authority Law

يكون مقر محاكم الاستئناف فى القاهرة والاسكندرية وطنطا والمنصورة
وبنى سويف وأسيوط ، وتؤلف كل منها من رئيس وعدد كاف من نواب
الرئيس ورؤساء الدوائر والمستشارين .
وتصدر الأحكام من ثلاثة مستشارين .
ويجوز أن تنعقد محكمة الاستئناف فى أى مكان آخر فى دائرة اختصاصها
أو خارج هذه الدائرة عند الضرورة وذلك بقرار يصدر من وزير العدل
بناء على طلب رئيس محكمة الاستئناف .
وكذلك يجوز تأليف دائرة استئنافية بصفة دائمة فى أحد مراكز المحاكم
الابتدائية بقرار يصدر من وزير العدل بعد أخذ رأى الجمعية العامة لمحكمة
الاستئناف .
