يجوز لوزير العدل عند الضرورة أن ينتدب أحد مستشارى محاكم الاستئناف
للعمل فى محكمة استئناف غير المحكمة التابع لها لمدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر
قابلة للتجديد لمدة أخرى وذلك بعد أخذ رأى الجمعية العامة للمحكمة التابع
لها وموافقة المجلس الأعلى للهيئات القضائية .
