تبلغ قرارات الجمعيات العامة ولجان الشئون الوقتية لوزير العدل وللوزير
أن يعيد إلى الجمعيات العامة للمحاكم الابتدائية ولجان الشئون الوقتية بها مالايرى الموافقة
عليه من قراراتها لإعادة النظر فيها ، وله بعد ذلك أن يعرض الأمر على مجلس القضاء
الأعلى ليصدر قراره بما يراه .

ما لا يرى الموافقة عليه من قراراتها للتداول فيها مرة أخرى ثم يصدر قراره
بعد ذلك بما يراه .
