تؤلف فى كل محكمة لجنة تسمى ( لجنة الشئون الوقتية ) من رئيس
المحكمة أو أقدم نوابها أو رئيس إحدى الدوائر فيها رئيسا ومن أقدم اثنين
من أعضائها وتقوم بمباشرة سلطة الجمعية العامة فى المسائل المستعجلة عند
تعذر دعوتها فى أثناء العطلة القضائية .
