تكون جلسات المحاكم علنية إلا إذا أمرت المحكمة بجعلها سرية مراعاة
للآداب أو محافظة على النظام العام ويكون النطق بالحكم فى جميع الأحوال
فى جلسة علنية .
ونظام الجلسة وضبطها منوطان بالرئيس .
