من يخل من العاملين بالمحاكم بواجبات وظيفته أو يأتى ما من شأنه أن يقلل من الثقة اللازم توافرها فى الأعمال القضائية أو يقلل من اعتبار الهيئة التى ينتمى إليها ، سواء كان ذلك داخل دور القضاء أو خارجها تتخذ ضده الإجراءات التأديبية .
