يعمل كتاب كل محكمة ومترجموها ونساخوها تحت رقابة كبير كتابها ، ويعمل محضروها تحت رقابة كبير المحضرين بها والجميع خاضعون لرئيس المحكمة .
وكذلك يعمل كتاب النيابة فى كل محكمة تحت رقابة رئيس القلم الجنائى بها ، وهم جميعا خاضعون لرئيس النيابة .
وتكون هذه الرقابة فى المحاكم الجزئية للكاتب الأول والمحضرى الأول — ورؤساء الأقلام الجنائية الجزئية ثم للقضاء وأعضاء النيابة .
