يقوم وزير العدل بإبلاغ القاضى بمضمون القرار الصادر بالإحالة إلى المعاش أو النقل إلى وظيفة غير قضائية خلال ثمانية وأربعين ساعة من وقت صدوره وتزول ولاية القاضى من تاريخ ذلك التبليغ .
