يتولى وزير العدل تنفيذ الأحكام الصادرة من مجلس التأديب . ويصدر قرار جمهورى بتنفيذ عقوبة العزل .
ويعتبر تاريخ العزل من يوم نشر هذا القرار فى الجريدة الرسمية . كما يصدر بتنفيذ عقوبة اللوم قرار من وزير العدل على ألا ينشر هذا القرار فى الجريدة الرسمية .
