لا تصرف رخص المحال الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون إلى عديمى الأهلية أو ناقصيها إلا إذا اشتمل طلب الترخيص على اسم النائب الذى يكون مسئولا عن أية مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون، ويسرى هذا الحكم على نواب عديمى الأهلية أو ناقصيها الذين تؤول إليهم ملكية هذه المحال.
