يعاقب بالسجن وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائة ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مليون جنيه ،
كل من ارتكب فعلا بالمخالفة للحكم الوارد بنص المادة (٣٥) من هذا القانون .
وتحكم المحكمة بمصادرة الأموال محل الجريمة .
