يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين كل من اختلس أو أخفى أو أتلف قاعدة بيانات
الناخبين أو جزء منها أو بطاقة الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء ، أو أية ورقة أخرى تتعلق بعملية
الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء ، بقصد تغيير الحقيقة فى تلك النتيجة ، أو بقصد ما يستوجب
إعادة الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء أو تعطيله .
