Article 62 of the Exercise of Political Rights Law

يعاقب بالسجن مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه
ولا تجاوز ثلاثين ألف جنيه كل من هدم أو أتلف عمدا شيئا من المبانى أو المنشآت أو وسائل النقل
أو الانتقال المستخدمة أو المعدة للاستخدام فى الانتخاب أو الاستفتاء ، بقصد عرقلة سيره ،
وذلك فضلا عن الحكم عليه بدفع قيمة ما هدمه أو أتلفه .
