يلتزم كل مترشح بإمساك سجل منتظم وفقا لمعايير المحاسبة المصرية يدون به مصادر التمويل
ومصاريف دعايته الانتخابية .
وتتولى الجهة التى تكلفها اللجنة العليا مراجعة حسابات الدعاية الانتخابية للمترشحين
وذلك تحت إشرافها .
وتضع اللجنة العليا ضوابط وإجراءات إمساك وتقديم هذا السجل للمراجعة .
