يجب أن يقيد فى قاعدة بيانات الناخبين كل من له حق مباشرة الحقوق السياسية
من الذكور والإناث ، ومع ذلك لا يقيد من اكتسب الجنسية المصرية بطريق التجنس
إلا إذا كانت قد مضت خمس سنوات على الأقل على اكتسابه إياها .
