في حالة غياب أو وجود مانع لدى رئيس بعثة التمثيل القنصلي
يحل محله في جميع اختصاصاته عضو البعثة القنصلية الذي يليه في الوظيفة وذلك ما
لم يندب رئيس البعثة الدبلوماسية الموجودة في دائرتها القنصلية أحد أعضاء البعثة
الدبلوماسية للقيام بأعمال رئيس البعثة القنصلية بالنيابة وذلك بعد الرجوع إلى الجهة
المختصة بالوزارة .
