يجوز لوزير الخارجية أن يقرر منح مكافآت تشجيعية لأعضاء السلك من العاملين فى الديوان العام الذين يقومون بأعمال أو بحوث أو اقتراحات تساعد على رفع كفاية الأداء أو يقومون بجهود فى وضع أو تنفيذ خطط التحرك الدبلوماسى أو السياسى التى تضعها أو تشارك فى تنفيذها وزارة الخارجية .
