يجوز لوزير الخارجية أن يندب أعضاء بعثات التمثيل الدبلوماسى والقنصلى للعمل بالديوان العام بالوزارة كما يجوز له أن يندب أعضاء السلك المعينين بديوان عام الوزارة للعمل فى بعثات التمثيل الدبلوماسى والقنصلى على ألا تزيد مدة الندب فى المرة الواحدة على ثلاثة أشهر قابلة للتجديد بشرط ألا يزيد مجموع مدد الندب والتجديد المتصلة على ستة أشهر .
