يعمل بأحكام قرار وزير الإدارة المحلية رقم 239 لسنة 1971 والقرارات المكلمة له بشأن الموارد المالية والرسوم المحلية، وذلك حتى تحدد هذه الموارد والرسوم طبقا للأحكام الواردة فى القانون المرافق.
ولا يجوز زيادة الرسوم المشار إليها بما يتجاوز ضعف الفئات المنصوص عليها فى القرار المشار إليه.
