يحظر على عضو المجلس الشعبى المحلى أن يحضر جلسات المجلس أو لجانه اذا كانت له أو لأحد أقربائه أو أصهاره لغاية الدرجة الرابعة بالذات أو بالواسطة مصلحة شخصية فى المسألة المعروضة أو اذا كان وصيا أو قيما أو كيلا عمن له فيها مثل هذه المصلحة.
