يشكل بكل قرية مجلس تنفيذى برئاسة رئيس القرية وعضوية كل من:
1 – رؤساء الأجهزة التنفيذية بدائرة القرية الذين تحددهم اللائحة التنفيذية.
2 – سكرتير القرية ويكون أمينا للجنة.
ويجتمع هذا المجلس بدعوة من رئيسه مرة على الأقل كل أسبوعين فى المكان الذى يحدده وفى حالة غياب الرئيس يحل محله أقدم رؤساء الأجهزة التنفيذية بالقرية.
