يعفى من الرسوم المنصوص عليها فى البند (11 سادسا) من المادة السابقة:
(1) العقارات التى تشغلها الوزارات والمصالح والهيئات العامة والمجالس الشعبية المحلية للوحدات المحلية والجمعيات والمؤسسات الخاصة المشهرة طبقا للقانون.
(2) العقارات المعفاة من الضريبة على العقارات المبنية.
(3) العقارات المملوكة للدول الأجنبية بشرط المعاملة بالمثل.
