يشكل بكل محافظة مجلس تنفيذى برئاسة المحافظ وعضوية:
(1) مساعدى المحافظ.
(2) رؤساء المراكز والمدن والأحياء ورؤساء المصالح والأجهزة والهيئات العامة فى نطاق المحافظة الذين تحددهم اللائحة التنفيذية.
(3) سكرتير عام المحافظة ويكون أمينا للمجلس.
ويجتمع هذا المجلس بدعوة من المحافظ مرة على الأقل كل شهر فى المكان الذى يحدده.
