يحضر المحافظ أو ما ينيبه – عند الضرورة – جلسات المجلس الشعبى المحلى كما يحضرها رؤساء المصالح والوحدات المحلية ورؤساء الهيئات العامة ورؤساء شركات القطاع العام ممن تتصل اختصاصاتهم بالمسائل المعروضة على المجلس.
