يصدر بحل المجلس الشعبى المحلى للمحافظة أو لغيرها من وحدات
الحكم المحلى قرار مسبب من مجلس الوزراء بناء على مايعرضه الوزير المختص بالحكم
المحلى .
وينشر القرار الصادر بحل المجلس الشعبى المحلى فى الجريدة الرسمية ويخطر به مجلس
الشعب خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ صدوره .
