يعاقب بغرامة لا تجاوز ألف قرش كل من يخالف أحكام المادة السادسة وإذا كانت المخالفة بسبب فتح أكثر من عيادتين يجب الحكم أيضا بغلق ما زاد عن المصرح بها منها.
