يصدر رئيس مجلس الوزراء - بناء على عرض الوزير المختص بشئون البيئة
بعد أخذ رأى مجلس إدارة جهاز شئون البيئة - اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق فى
مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر من تاريخ العمل به .
وعلى الوزراء كل فيما يخصه ، إصدار المعدلات والنسب اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام
