على كل ربان أو مستغل لسفينة تستخدم الموانئ المصرية أو مرخص لها بالعمل
في البحر الإقليمي أو المنطقة الاقتصادية الخالصة لجمهورية مصر العربية أن يقدم
لمندوبي الجهة الإدارية المختصة أو مأموري الضبط القضائي المنوط بهم تنفيذ أحكام
هذا القانون والقرارات المنفذة له ، التسهيلات اللازمة لأداء مهمتهم .
