لممثلى الجهات الإدارية المختصة كل فيما يخصه بالتنسيق مع جهاز شئون البيئة
دخول منطقة الحظر المذكورة بالمادتين رقمى (٧٣) ، (٧٤) من هذا القانون للاطلاع
على ما يجرى بها من أعمال ، فإذا تبين لهم أن أعمالا أجريت أو شرع فى إجرائها
مخالفة للأحكام السابقة يكلف المخالف برد الشىء لأصله وإذا تم وقف العمل إداريا
ورد الشىء لأصله على نفقة المتسبب والمستفيد متضامنين وتحصل القيمة بطريق
الحجز الإدارى .
