يلتزم المدير المسئول عن المنشأة باتخاذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بمنع التدخين فى
الأماكن العامة المغلقة إلا فى الحدود المسموح بها فى الترخيص الممنوح لهذه
الأماكن ، ويراعى فى هذه الحالة تخصيص حيز للمدخنين بما لا يؤثر على الهواء
فى الأماكن الأخرى .
ويحظر التدخين فى وسائل النقل العام .
